Hard work always pays dividends. The amount of effort expended to reach a goal determines what you achieve.
.
The poor work ethic shows in how you see life. It also shows in how you treat others, and the conditions of life you expect from them. It is especially intolerable if you do little work, and expect high rewards, if you want something for nothing, if you take a short-cut without putting in the time and effort, when others around you have taken the time.
.
If you want something to happen, you need to want it badly and be motivated to make it happen. To improve in karate takes hard work, integrity, making sacrifices, and professionalism. It is very much driven by your own hard work, the results you produce, and your own individual motivation. Then you will earn the respect from your peers and those around you. ??
