You have to keep a check on what you are doing. If you are trying to teach karate to others, then you need to be aware of your own practice, your own basics. Ask yourself; ‘can I do better, can I improve this’? You have to be mindful of your own basics, your own standards, your own improvements. Be the best that you can be. ??
