You either get bitter or you get better.

“You cannot undo the moves but you can make the next step better.” ??

You either get bitter or you get better. It’s that simple. You either take what has been dealt to you and allow it to make you a better person, or you allow it to tear you down. The choice does not belong to fate, it belongs to you.
.
Life does not have an undo button. We often forget how much our deeds and words can affect our lives, and we make one mistake after another. Sometimes we are not even aware of how much our actions can harm others until it is too late.
.
It’s that exact moment when people just wish that there is an undo button, and use it to make up for what they did.
.
Your present is really what matters. It’s what you do now that counts, even if you’ve made mistakes in the past.
.
If you hurt someone, apologize and redeem yourself. If you did something bad for yourself, think of the best ways to make yourself feel better.
.
To be better, you should stop with the excuses, and make yourself and others feel better today. Not tomorrow, not when you have the time to do it. But today, at this very moment. Be nice to people, and treat them as you would want to be treated yourself.
.
We sometimes choose the wrong path, say things that we do not mean or words that we do not realize how hurtful can be to others. Sometimes our actions are not well calculated, and they present us with a bad outcome. We all make mistakes. Learn from them, but don’t let them define you or your future.
.
The secret to change is to focus all your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.
.
“You cannot undo the moves but you can make the next step better.”
